Our driver from the Westin to Pier 91, was a few minutes early and was most considerate of our elderly parents. I must commend your entire staff for the extraordinary service.  I was most concerned about prompt service at our pickup at Pier 91 as our parents are close to 90.  The service at the pier was great!  I regret that I did not get the names of the gate agent nor the gentleman that assisted in loading our bags, please convey my heartfelt thanks. One of the best things was the tour of Seattle conducted by Shuttle Express. It might be worth your time to learn exactly who conducted the tour and get them lined up for your clients. The driver was great and the narrator knew everything about Seattle, and I mean everything. Candice D.

About our Seattle-Portland Service:

We heard about your services as we are Travel Agents from AAA Travel in Beaverton.  Al was our driver and we rate him as excellent!  Our experience was excellent and we were very impressed.  The drive was very comfortable and Al made sure we had everything we needed and more.  By this I mean if we needed to stop he was more than glad to accommodate us.  

The vehicle was clean and very supplied for us, coffee, soft drinks, juice and water. We all decided that we would never drive to Seattle as we plan to always take the shuttle. Marlene J.

"I just wanted to chime in to say that, as usual, I received stellar service from Shuttle Express when I traveled on Dec. 20, in the thick of the first wave of snow. My driver was right on time, was very courteous to the rude customer who sent her the wrong way down an ice-packed dead-end hill she then had to navigate in reverse (I was ready to strangle him, but she somehow kept a smile on her face the whole time!) and I got to the airport in plenty of time. I wish I knew the driver's name so you could commend her, but maybe you can look her up by shift or route. If you do so, please thank her for me! "The service was fine in spite of the very challenging street conditions - weather is out of the control of any common carrier - and SE does not have "deicer" as do the airlines - saw from my ride that streets that nornally are not big deal were a BIG deal in the ice and snow - all things considered I believe your drivers overcame tremendous problems in picking up and dropping off clients at their homes -  so  thanks for being there for me when i needed the lift!"
