It’s a reward program from Shuttle Express that rewards frequent riders and encourages guests to book all transportation with us. Rider Rewards is simple: the more a guest books throughout the year, the greater the discount.
Guests save money. Frequent riders save up to 15% on all transportation.
Guests save time. The online booking process for members is quicker, with less information to enter.
Joining is easy, and it’s free. Click here to enter your information. We'll track your rides and email you when you reach the second level and are eligible for a discount.
The program has four levels--as guests spend more, they reach a higher level and earn higher discounts:
Level 1 -- Sign Up! Start building your account and get discounts and offers via email.
Level 2 -- $500 Spend $500 and get 10% off all online bookings for the remaining calendar year.
Level 3 -- $1,500 Spend $1,500 and get 15% off all online bookings for the rest of the calendar year.
Level 4 -- $3,000 Spend $3,000 and get 15% off all online bookings for the remaining calendar year
-- Free service upgrade if you choose.
-- Choice between one-way ticket on Seattle-Portland Service ($69 value) or a free hour on a Luxury Limo booking with a three hour minimum ($75 value).
The program starts each January 1st and runs the full year. Members start building accounts from 0 each January 1st.
Yes, if you join now, we’ll give you credit for any rides booked since Jan 1, 2010.
We track Rewards members' points and will email you when you've reached each discount level.
Discounts are valid on any service Shuttle Express offers.
The discount is good through the end of the calendar year.
Rider Rewards is our local frequent rider program and is not connected with Go (formerly GroundNet). The guest needs to sign up again for this new program.
The Go preferred rider program is administered through the goairportshuttle.com website.
