You can make a reservation online by clicking on the reservations link on the home page of our web site. You can also call our friendly, helpful reservation agents 24 hours a day at (425) 981-7000. Shuttle Express Reservations.
You may pay the driver directly with cash, local check, credit/debit card or traveler's check on the day of travel. We accept all the major credit cards (Master, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners). We also accept Master and Visa debit cards. You may also prepay by calling our reservations department and supplying them with your credit card number or by choosing the credit card option when making your internet reservation..
To Sea-Tac Airport: We ask you to make a reservation one or two days before your departure day. But, if you do not have that much notice, just call and we will do our best to schedule you a ride to the airport.
From Sea-Tac Airport: We now offer roundtrip reservations. Your reservation agent will be happy to take your return flight information over the phone or, you can make a roundtrip reservation online.
Non Airport: Shuttle Express offers private service with our exclusive town cars and vans. Please call our reservations department at (425) 981-7000 for more information.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, you may be billed the entire cost of your ride. If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us at least 24-hours in advance.
If you made your reservation online at www.ShuttleExpress.com, go to Online Reservations and choose Verify Reservation, then follow the prompts. You may also call our Reservations Center at (425) 981-7000 or e-mail groupsales@shuttleexpress.net. Please reference your confirmation number.

Our booth is located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. After you have collected your luggage, follow the red and black signs directing you to ground transportation which is located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Once in the parking garage, proceed to our Shuttle Express booth by following the ground transportation check-in signs. You will find our booth adjacent to the Ground Transportation Information Center. Our coordinators, wearing red and black jackets or vests, will be there to assist you. You may also use our 24-hour check-in-by-phone hotline.
Please note: Quotes are "per party" not "per person." Please e-mail or give us a call if you need help with a zip code. All of our airport fares are based on the zip code you are traveling to or from and the number of people traveling in your party. With our share-ride service, a child 12 years old or younger rides free with a paying adult. With our scheduled hotel service a child 5 or younger also rides free when accompanied by a paying adult. Our luggage requirements are the same as the airlines': Each guest is welcomed to bring two checked (large) pieces, as well as two carry-on items. If you have extra luggage, please reserve one seat for every two checked bags you have.
