Scheduled Service- Hotels and Central Pick-up Locations
We offer a discounted per person rate to many popular hotels and convenient pick-up locations with our Scheduled Service. With this service, children 5 or younger ride free when accompanied by a paying adult. Roundtrip discounts don't apply to these already discounted rates. (The per person rates do not include fuel surcharge or optional gratuity.)
Shuttles leave at the top of the hour from the airport to these locations. Reservations from the airport are recommended but not required, since we are an on-demand service from the airport. Pick-up time from each scheduled service hotel varies and is noted after each hotel listed below. Reservations to the airport are required!

Where to Find Us at SeaTac Airport
SeaTac Airport Booth
To use our service from the airport, cross skybridge 3 or 4 to the airport parking garage then go down to the 3rd floor. Our booth is between the orange and purple elevator banks next to the ground transportation booth. Check in at our self-serve kiosk (for advance reservations) or check in with our airport coordinators at the booth.
Our coordinators, wearing red jackets or vests, are available to assist you between 7:00 a.m.and 2:00 a.m. If you arrive between the hours of 2:00 a.m.- 7:00 a.m., use the courtesy phone at our booth that rings directly into our reservations office. An agent will take your information and dispatch your van. Just have a seat in front of the glass windscreens and your driver will arrive shortly.
