Go Shuttle Express offers Scheduled Share Ride Service with several departures to every zip code each hour, 24 hours a day! You'll save money with our multiple-rider Share Ride discounts, and kids 12 and under always ride free with a paying adult for airport transfers.

How does Share Ride work?

  • Our agents will ask you for your departing flight information. Our computer system will calculate your pick-up time, then give you departure options to choose from. You will be given a pick-up window of 20 minutes--you can expect your driver to arrive anytime within that window. This allows for extra traffic and weather conditions.

  • All Shuttle Express Share Ride trips are scheduled to depart each zip code every 15, 20 or 30 minutes depending on the number of pick-ups within your area.

  • Your friendly, uniformed driver will meet you at your door and carry your luggage.

  • When everyone is onboard, your Shuttle will take you directly to your airline. So, Shuttle Express really is a Scheduled Share Ride service–economical, safe and environmentally-friendly. We save about a million car trips each year!


How to find us at SeaTac Airport:
Once you get your luggage in Baggage Claim, cross a sky bridge and go to the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Follow the Ground Transportation signs—our booth is in the center of the 3rd floor, between the orange and purple elevator banks (next to the airport’s ground transportation office). Our coordinators will help you or you may use our 24-hour check-in by phone hotline.

We aim to get you to the airport an hour and a half before your flight, (two hours ahead during heavy travel times like the holidays), according to airport recommendations. The Flight Cost Guarantee applies to any airport reservation that goes by our suggested pick up time. It does not apply if you choose to have us pick you up later than our suggested time.

Where to Find Us at SeaTac Airport, Piers

 

SeaTac Airport Booth

To use our service from the airport, cross skybridge 3 or 4 to the airport parking garage then go down to the 3rd floor. Our booth is between the orange and purple elevator banks next to the ground transportation booth. Check in at our self-serve kiosk (for advance reservations) or check in with our airport coordinators at the booth.

Our coordinators, wearing red jackets or vests, are available to assist you between 7:00 a.m.and 2:00 a.m. If you arrive between the hours of 2:00 a.m.- 7:00 a.m., use the courtesy phone at our booth that rings directly into our reservations office. An agent will take your information and dispatch your van. Just have a seat in front of the glass windscreens and your driver will arrive shortly.

 

Piers

Pier 30: Our coordinators are located under the Green Gazebo, wearing red or green Shuttle Express jackets or vests. Check in with a coordinator, who will seat you on your van or escort you to your tour coach.

Pier 66: Our coordinators are stationed in front of the Bell Street Deli near the Pier 66 entrance, wearing red or green Shuttle Express jackets or vests. Check in with a coordinator, who will be happy to escort you to your van or tour coach.

You may pay the driver directly with cash, local check, credit/debit card or traveler's check on the day of travel. We accept all the major credit cards (Master, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners). We also accept Master and Visa debit cards. You may also prepay by calling our reservations department and supplying them with your credit card number or by choosing the credit card option when making your internet reservation.

For all of our airport transfers, children 12 and under ride free per paying adult. So, for example, if you have two adults and two children (12 and under), the two children ride free. If you have one adult and two children, one of the children rides free.

We also offer a child's rate for our scheduled Seattle City Tour--$39 per child, 12 and under. (Adult fare is $59.)

Advanced reservations aren't required, but they do enable our dispatchers to schedule the right number of vans each day and helps us to efficiently group other share ride guests, which keeps your wait and travel time to a minimum.

You can also save money when you book roundtrip! Book roundtrip between SeaTac Airport and anywhere in our service area, and we'll take $10 off your fare. Just book a roundtrip, either online by clicking the "Online Reservations" button on the left of our page, or by calling (425)981-7000. Discount doesn't apply to Scheduled Service.

To SeaTac Airport: If possible, please make your reservation one or two days before your departure day. But, if you do not have that much notice, just call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

From SeaTac Airport: We offer discounted roundtrip reservations. Your reservation agent will be happy to take your return flight information over the phone or, you can make a roundtrip reservation online. If you don't have an advanced reservation for your ride home, just go to our booth on the 3rd floor of the parking garage and check in. We'll take care of you!

Non Airport: Shuttle Express offers private service with our exclusive sedans, limos, mini-coaches and vans. Please call our reservations department at (425) 981-7000 for more information.

Our booth is located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. After you have collected your luggage, follow the red and black signs directing you to ground transportation which is located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Once in the parking garage, proceed to our Shuttle Express booth by following the ground transportation check-in signs. You will find our booth adjacent to the Ground Transportation Information Center. Our coordinators, wearing red and black jackets or vests, will be there to assist you. You may also use our 24-hour check-in-by-phone hotline.

We work hard to make sure all of our guests leave the airport and get home as quickly and safely as possible. In fact, 80% of our guests leave the airport within 20 minutes. But sometimes during peak travel times, it make take a few minutes longer.

Advance reservations help our dispatchers plan for extra vans during these peak times. We are also an "on demand" service from the airport, which means we accept walk-up reservations as well as advanced reservations. So, once you disembark your flight and get your lugguage, go to our booth on the 3rd floor of the Airport Parking Garage and check in either at our self-serve kiosk (for advance reservations) or with our coordinators. This activates your advance reservation and your van is assigned. Our coordinators are there to help you with your reservations and to answer any questions.

Because many flights are not on time and it takes some guests longer than others to retrieve luggage, we dispatch your van when you check in at our booth.  Checking in activates your reservation. This allows you as much time as you need to get your luggage and get through the terminal. When you make your reservations, our system adds 30 minutes to your flight arrival time to allow for any delays, but if it takes a little longer that’s ok.

Advance reservations enable our dispatchers to schedule the right number of vans each day and helps us to efficiently group other Share ride guests, which keeps your wait and travel time to a minimum. About 80% of our guests leave the airport within 20 minutes!

So, once you disembark and get your luggage, go to our booth on the 3rd floor of the Airport Parking Garage. Check in either at our self-serve kiosk (for advance reservations) or with our coordinators. This activates your reservation and you are assigned to a van going to your area. Our coordinators are on hand to help you and to answer any questions.

If you don't have advance reservations, no problem--just check in at our booth and we'll get you on a van going to your area.

Our experienced dispatchers determine the best routes. Trips are created on a "first come" basis, so your reservation is either added to an existing trip (in which case your wait time will be less than 20 minutes) or your address starts a new trip (in which case we try to make your wait no longer than 20 minutes).  The wait time of each trip is monitored and our around-the-clock dispatchers watch to ensure airport waits do not exceed 20 minutes from the time the trip's first reservation was created. 

When vans are delayed coming back to the airport because of traffic or weather, or there is more business than what we anticipated, we occasionally run behind.  Wait times may exceed 20 minutes for any given trip when this occurs.  When our guests reserve roundtrips, we are better able to determine the number of vans needed.  However, this is simply an educated estimate because of all the potential changes and factors that can effect the travel time for both our guests and our vans.

Our airport fares are based on the zip code you are traveling to or from and the number of people traveling in your party. With our share ride service, children 12 years old or younger ride free with a paying adult. With our scheduled hotel service children 5 or younger ride free when accompanied by a paying adult. We offer a $10 roundtrip discount between SeaTac Airport and anywhere in our share ride service area! Discount doesn't apply to Scheduled Service.

Our luggage requirements are the same as the airlines': Each guest is welcome to bring two checked (large) pieces, as well as two carry-on items. If you have extra luggage, please reserve one seat for every two checked bags you have.

Baggage Policy: We suggest two standard-sized checked pieces of luggage and two carryons per guest, following airport guidelines. Additional luggage or over-sized pieces may be subject to an extra seat charge.

Grace period/wait time: We will wait up to 15 minutes after the pick-up time for guests who have exclusive reservations.

Cancellation Policy: If your plans change, please contact us at least 24 hours before your van or sedan ride and 72 hours before charter or limo service to avoid no-show charges.

Gratuities: An optional gratuity given to your share ride driver for a job well-done is appreciated. Our point-to-point and hourly charter services carry a 15% mandatory gratuity added to the base fare. Luxury limo reservations carry a mandatory 20% gratuity added to the fare.

Additional fees: An airport fee is included in all services to and from the airport; positioning fees may apply on point-to-point charters; a fuel surcharge may apply on all services; $10 extra stop charges apply to additional stops on exclusive airport service.
