How to Use Us from the Piers

Congestion at the piers is extremely heavy, and the cruise terminal operators limit the number of vehicles we can bring in at one time. This means departing immediately after you disembark is unlikely, even with reservations. Disembark as early as you can and plan for extra time when checking in and getting assigned to your vehicle.

Find Us at the Piers

Pier 66 – Bell Street Pier: Once you leave customs- follow the signs to the pick up area. Then call our dispatch team at 425-981-7000 when you are on the curb. They will get your driver to pick up your group.

Pier 91 – Smith Cove Cruise Terminal: Once you leave customs- follow the sign’s instructions and go to lane “T”. Then call our dispatch team at 425-981-7000 when you are on the curb. They will get your driver to pick up your group.
