What is door-to-door service?
Door-to-door means we’ll pick you up at the door of your home, office, or requested location in either city and drop you off at the door of your final destination. So just tell us where you want to be picked up and dropped off and we'll handle the details!
For pick-ups/drop-offs outside the downtown areas, you may transfer from your original coach to another coach. This helps keep travel time as short as possible for all of our guests and allows for necessary driver shift changes. If you transfer, you may wait a short time at one of our partner locations, such as a hotel. We strive to make any necessary transfer as seamless and as convenient for you as possible.
Travel Time
Typically, a trip takes between 2.5 and 3.5 hours from downtown to downtown depending upon traffic and weather conditions, and the location of your pick up and drop off points. If you are picked up/dropped off outside the downtown areas, your trip may be up to two hours longer or more, depending on travel time, traffic and weather conditions. Your driver will keep you informed about your estimated arrival time.
Luggage
We use luxury limo vans for our Seattle-Portland Daily Share Ride Service, which have less luggage space than our shuttle vans. Guests with more than one or two standard-sized pieces of luggage must notify us at the time of booking. You may be required to book additional seats or, if you have a lot of luggage you have the option of booking private service. We'll do our best to accommodate, but it is important that you tell us how much luggage you will have when you book.

If you enter a zip code and it appears followed by “STP” (for example, “98604STP”), this is a zip code where we provide exclusive Seattle-to-Portland service only. However, the zip code in this format will allow you to make a Seattle-to-Portland Share Ride reservation to the corresponding hotel location on the list above.
If you want to book a point-to-point service to another location in that zip, retype the zip code in the zip code field and you will see two options: one with the zip code followed by “STP” and one with just the zip, which will allow you to reserve door-to-door service with our private options.
The location list is alphabetical. To see both the exclusive and share ride options for the desired zip code, click on the Zip Code Title to sort the field, then type in the zip code you want. You will see two options for zip codes affected by this change. If you do not sort the zip code column first, it will take you to the option with the “STP” attached.

We charge a per person fare on our share ride service. The base fare is $69 one-way for first guest, second guest rides for $29! And now, no extra pick and drop off fees in the Greater Seattle and Portland areas. Kids 12 and under ride free with a full-fare adult.

We provide complimentary WiFi (internet service) in our luxury limo vans.
Yes, if a restroom break is needed by a guest, the driver will stop at the nearest rest area. If no guest requests a break, the driver won't stop.
Guests can bring alcoholic beverages on any private, exclusive charter but alcohol is prohibited on the daily scheduled share ride service.
