- Be safe: Make sure the company is registered with the state, has the proper insurance, and is licensed. Shuttle Express has earned the top safety award in the national for six years in a row! We have Drive-Cam units that ensure the safety of the guests and driver.
- Don’t even think about bringing alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs: You will end up missing your own prom! Shuttle Express does not allow any alcohol in vehicles with minor guests not accompanied by adults.
- Ensure the vehicles have the space and features you want: Try for one with space for one to two people more than are in your party. Do not exceed the max capacity; remember dresses and tuxes are warm, and the more people you put in the car, the warmer it will be!
- Get the whole price so you can compare apples to apples (are fuel surcharge, service fees, and gratuity included, or is it just the base price?). Our sales team will make sure you have all the facts!
- Decide on the details - do you want ice and soft drinks, a preferred route, additional stops?
